白菜型油菜×羽衣甘蓝种间杂种的性状表现 被引量:11

摘要 人工合成甘蓝型油菜是拓宽油菜遗传育种种质资源的有效途径,也是研究芸薹属物种起源与演化重要的手段之一。对红籽白菜型油菜和黄籽羽衣甘蓝的人工合成杂种进行各种性状调查,研究结果表明:杂种具有亲本互补酯酶同工酶酶带,植株形态相似于甘蓝型油菜,具有较强的营养体杂种优势;植株高度自交不亲和,和几个近缘种杂交亲和性较差,籽粒颜色为红色;杂种和白菜型亲本移栽大田后,同时感染病毒病,但是杂种表现较强的耐病性。 Artificial resynthesis of Brassica napus through hybridization between B. campestris and B. oleracea is an effective approach for inereasing the germplasm resources of rapeseed plants and an important way for researches on the origin and evolution the genus Brassica. In the present study, red-seeded B. campestris was crossed with yellow-seeded B. oleracea var. acephala and the characters of the hybrids were investigated. The hybrid plants appeared similar to B. napus in morphology during the growing periods and they had complementary esterase isozyme bands compared with their parents in the zymograms. The hybrids showed marked heterosis in their vegetative growth. Most hyhrids appeared highly self-incompatible and their seedcoat was red. Having been transplanted into the field, the hybrids and their B. campestris parent were infected with virus. However, the hybrids were more tolerant to the virus than the B. campestris parent.
