摘要 研究环境因子对莱氏野村菌(Nomuraearileyi)cq菌株的生长、产孢与孢子萌发的影响。温度对菌株的生长、产孢和孢子萌发有相同的效应,低温23℃是最适温度,32℃以上明显抑制谊菌的生长、产孢和孢子萌发;最适宜生长、产孢和孢子萌发的pH范围为6.2~7.0;24h光照有利于产孢,而24h黑暗有利于菌落生长;紫外线(40w,45cm)照射2min,培养96h谊菌株孢子发芽率较对照降低16%,照射8min孢子发芽率仅为7%。 An experiment with eq strain of Nomuraea rileyi, an entomopathogenic fungus isolated from silkworm (Bombyx mori), in laboratory showed that a lower temperature of 23℃ was optimum for the growth, sporulation and germination of the fungus while higher temperature (≥32℃) inhibited its growth, sporulation and germination. The favorable pH for its growth, sporulation and germination ranged from 6.2 to 7.0. A photoperiod of 24 h light promoted sporulation and a photoperiod of 24 h darkness favored the growth of the colony. With UV-light (40 W, 45 cm) irradiation for 2 min reduced its spore germination rate by 16% as compared with the control. 95% of the spores had a germination rate as low as 7% when they were irradiated with UV-light for 8 min.
