半乳甘露寡糖对母猪泌乳性能和血清激素水平的影响

EFFECTS OF GALACTO-MANNAN-OLIGOSACCHARIDES ON LACTATING PERFORMANCE AND SERUM HORMONES IN SOWS

将24头长×大二元母猪随机分为4组,每组6头,以研究半乳甘露寡糖添加在2种营养水平日粮中对其泌乳性能和血清激素水平的影响。结果表明:当母猪饲粮营养水平相同时,添加GMOS与未添加组相比,可以显著提高母猪的泌乳量、降低料乳比,对内分泌机能也有一定的调节作用。

Twenty-four sows （ Landrace × Yorkshire） were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each and 2 diets differing in nutritional level were enriched with GMOS （galacto-mannan-oligosaccharides） to study the effects of GMOS on their lactating performance and serum hormones. With the same nutritional level in the diet, GMOS significantly increased milk yield of the sows and decreased feed/milk ratio and showed some regulatory effect on the endocrine mechanism.
