摘要
以酸性黄壤、中性紫色土、钙质紫色土3种土壤,以及草炭、蛭石、谷壳、锯末、河沙等为主要基质,按照不同比例配制,进行直杆蓝桉容器育苗实验。结果表明:不同处理的株高、干生物量、地上部生物量、根干重差异极显著;3种土壤以中性紫色土育苗效果最好;添加一定量的草炭、河沙和蛭石具有显著的正效应,而谷壳和锯末影响幼苗生长。综合育苗效果和成本,选择T4(中性紫色土∶草炭(体积比)=4∶1)、T5(中性紫色土∶河沙(体积比)=4∶1)为直杆蓝桉容器育苗最好基质配方,可用于工厂化育苗。
In a pot experiment, 3 soils ( acidic yellow soil, neutral purple soil and calcareous purple soil), mixed up with peat, vermiculite, rice husk, sawdust or sand, were used as growth media to study their effects on the growth of Eucalyptus maideni F. Muel seedlings. Highly significant differences were noticed among different treatments in plant height, dry biomass, top biomass and root dry weight of the seedlings. Of the 3 soils studied, neutral purple soil appeared to be the best. The addition of peat, sand or vermiculite had some positive effect while rice husk and sawdust showed a negative effect. Taking into consideration the performance of the seedlings and the cost of the media, media T4 and T5 arc recommended as desirable media for the cultivation of E. maideni seedling in containers.
