摘要
在安装或更换发动机转子叶片时,不仅要使叶片组的质量分布相对平衡,同时也要满足一定的频率要求.本文将局部最优搜索融入遗传算法中得到混合遗传算法,基于混合遗传算法的局部优化和快速收敛特性,提出了一种求解转子叶片排序问题的新方案,按此方案排序可使转子同时满足质量和频率的两方面要求.
In installation arrangement order of rotor blades of engine, quality distributing of blades must keep balance, and it should satisfy special requirement of frequency. In this paper, the search of local optimum is integrated with classical genetic algorithm and the hybrid genetic algorithm is gived . We develop a universal intelligent blade arrangement software suitable to any stage blades of different type engines. Based on the lo- cal optimization and fast convergence of Hybrid Genetic Algorithm, this software will give optimal blade ar- rangement sequence to gain least unbalance volume and special requirement of frequency. Compared with the classical GA, the experimental results indicated in the proposed Hybrid GA scheme has faster convergence, higher stability and more satisfying effect.
