摘要
利用高效液相色谱法建立了青藏高原红景天的色谱指纹图谱.色谱条件:Krom asil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇:0.04%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/m in,检测波长278nm.通过比较发现红景天样品的13个主要共有峰,可作为鉴别红景天药材的主要依据.对16批红景天药材进行了相似度计算和聚类分析,结果表明,所建立的红景天指纹图谱可用于红景天药材品种鉴别和质量评价.
The chromatographic fingerprint of Rhodiola rosea from the Qingzang Plateau is established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Kromasil C18 [250mm×4.6mm 5μm] column is used, the CH30H -0. 04% H3PO4 (gradient elution) as a mobile phase and the flow speed of 1.00 mL/min. The wavelength of measurement is 278nm. According to the comparative study of chromatographic fingerprints, we find 13 communal peaks, which can be applied to identify Rhodiola rosea. Using special software, we get the chromatographic fingerprint similarity of 16 samples, hierarchical clusters are applied to interpretate chromatographic fingerprints. The chromatographic fingerprint of Rhodiola rosea has been established. It can be used to identify Rhodiola rosea. The method of this paper is helpful to control the quality of this herb.
