摘要
教育对经济增长有直接贡献和外溢作用.本文利用菲德模型对四川省教育投入对经济增长的直接作用和外溢作用进行了估计,发现本省教育投入对经济增长贡献率高,但外溢效应并不明显,而资本和劳动力要素投入贡献不显著.说明政府在加强对教育系统投入的同时,还要提高资本和劳动力的使用效率,以及从分发挥好教育的外溢效应.
Education has direct and indirect effect on the macroeconomic growth. Through the G. Feder model, this paper provides an estimation of the direct effect as well as its indirect effect with results that education remarkably contributes to economic growth, while its indirect effect is not notable, neither is the contribution of the labor and capital. Hence the government urgently needs to enhance the productive efficiency of the labor and capital while infusing more funds to education in order to make the its indirect effect to full play.
