摘要 D-氨基酸氧化酶(DAAO)是一种以黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)为辅基的典型黄素酶。它催化D-氨基酸生成相应的-α酮酸和氨。该文介绍了D-氨基酸氧化酶的研究现状及其特性,包括它的生理功能、基本特性、结构特性、光学动力学特性。 The D-amino acid oxidase is a flavoprotein that catalyzes the oxidation of D-amino acid to the corresponding α -keto acid and ammonia. The properties of D-amino acid oxidase, including its physiological role; general properties; structural properties; spectral and kinetic properties, were introduced in this paper.
