摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定不同产地苦玄参中苦玄参苷IA含量的方法。色谱条件为:Kromasil C-18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温为35℃;流动相乙腈-0.5%醋酸=36:64,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为264nm。苦玄参苷IA含量在2.42—21.78μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率在96.05%-101.65%之间。该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于苦玄参药材及其饮片的质量控制。
Content of picfeltarraenin IA in picria fel - tarrae was determined by HPLC. The chromatiographic analysis was carried out using a Kromasil C - 18 column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.5 % (volume fraction) acetic acid water (36:64, v/v, in 20min). The flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1. A diode array detector was used to detect the compounds and 264 nm was chosen as the detection wavelength.The whole process could be performed within 20 minutes.The operating curves were found to be linear over the ranges of 2.42 - 21.78μg· mL^-1 ( r = 0. 99985) .The recovery was found in range of 96.05% - 101.65% . The method is simple, convenient and accurate with good reproducibility and little in terference.
