摘要
在磷酸介质中,亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化龙胆紫褪色具有较高的催化活性,由此建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,讨论了反应的动力学条件,方法的线性范围为0.02~0.4μg·mL^-1,检出限为1ng·mL^-1,方法简便、快速、选择性好,适用于食品样品中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
Based on the catalytic effect of trace nitrie on the oxidation of methyl violet with potassium brumate in the medium of H3PO4.A determination of nitrie was established by catalytic kinetic spectmphotometry. The linear range for nitrie is 0.02 - 0.4μg·mL^-1 and the detection limit is 1 ng·mL^-1. This method is simple, fast, with good selectivity and has been applied to the determination of nitrie in foods with satisfactory results.
