摘要 概括多项工程的风资源评估报告,得出风资源评估的一般过程。对评估过程做细化分析,用四分量风速模型计算风速时间列。用国际通用的风资源评估软件WAsP8.1评估风能要素。在代表年风能要素分析时,提供多种方法,针对具体问题给出合理的解决办法。 After the summarization of the wind resource assessment reports of several projects, the general process for wind resource assessment is given. The four component model was adopted to calculate the wind speed time series, and the universally used wind source assessment software WASP8.1 was applied to evaluate the wind power essentials. Various methods are given to analyze the wind power essentials for the representative years.
