摘要
目的 探讨舌癌切除患者前臂游离皮瓣舌再造术的围手术期护理。方法 回顾总结我科1998～2004年间46例舌癌切除患者前臂游离皮瓣舌再造术患者的围手术期护理经验与教训。结果 42例患者皮瓣存活，4例失败。结论 通过全面认真、细致的围手术护理，密切观察病情，预防并发症，是手术成功的保证。
Objective To summarize and discuss perioperation nursing about tongue reconstruction by transplantation of forearm dissociate pedicle scalp. Methods Summarizing 46 cases＇perioperation nursing experience and lesson between 1998 to 2004. Results 42 cases success , 4 cases false. Conclusion The success of surgery bases on observing the state of illness closely and preventing complication. Another key factor is to enhance psychosomatic nursing and healthy education.
