摘要
分析了塔西南化肥厂20万吨合成氨装置蒸汽系统存在的问题,并对此进行了细致研究,提出了解决措施和方案,实施后使装置能耗得到有效降低,同时为下一步装置进一步节能提供了思路。
Through analyzing and carefully re.arching the problems existing in the 0.2Mt per year ammonia unit＇s steam system of Taxi＇ nan Fertilizer Factory, the measures were brought up to solve these problems, and the energy consurnption has been effectively reduced after these measures being carried into execution. Some suggestions for further saving energy is also been put out.
