直动滚子从动件盘状凸轮机构的优化设计

Optimal Design of Plate Cam Mechanism with Rectilinear Motion Roller's Follower

提出了一种用广义简的梯度法设计直动滚子从动件盘状凸轮机构的方法。在设计模型中，以生动凸轮机构升程时传动效率最佳作为优化设计目标函数。在ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ机上一次合理地确定出凸轮机构的全部运动设计尺寸。

A new generalized reduced gradient method is used in designing plate earn mechanism with rectilinear motion roller's follower.The ob-jective function for the optimal design of rectilinear motion cam mechanism with optimum transmission efficiency is prposed.All geometrical sizes of cam mechanism can be easily obtained in IBM-PC only once.
