摘要 在比较ISSR和其它分子标记的原理和特点的基础上,综述了ISSR分子标记在树木遗传多样性研究、亲缘关系及系谱分析、优良种质和品种鉴定及遗传连锁图谱的构建等领域的研究进展,指出了目前ISSR分子标记在树木遗传改良和辅助育种等研究领域存在的问题,并提出今后的研究方向。 On the basis of comparing inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) with other molecule markers, this paper summarizes how the research on the ISSR molecule markers is getting along in the fields such as the research on genetic polymorphism of trees, the analysis of genetic relationships and pedigrees, the identification of excellent germ plasms and breeds, the construction of genetic chain spectrums of a graph and points out the problems of the ISSR molecule markers that lie in the improvement of tree genes and auxiliary breeding at present and the direction of future research.
