摘要
薄膜气调法应用于地窖贮藏保鲜果蔗的结果表明:从果蔗入窖20 d后的不同时期,薄膜气调窖内的O2含量比传统窖最多可降低3.2个百分点,CO2含量比传统窖提高1.40-4.64倍,而湿度则基本保持恒定;薄膜气调法可明显延缓果蔗根芽萌发和果肉腐烂,至入春后的4月10日,薄膜气调窖内果蔗根点与芽点的萌发数分别比传统窖少93.41%和72.73%,保鲜期延长1个月以上,蔗茎腐烂率控制在5%以内。
Study was done on the application of CO2 concentration regulation by plastic film in chewing cane storage in cellar. The result showed that in the storing cellar with plastic film, the O2 concentration was at most 3.2% lower than the cellar without plastic film, and the CO2 concentration was 1.40 to 4.64 times higher, while the humidity was as equal; in the cellar with plastic film, the root buds sprouting and stalk rotting were delayed. On April 10, the bud sprouting rate in roots and in stalks were respectively 93.41% and 72.73% lower than the cellar without plastic film, and the storage period was prolonged by more than 1 month with stalk rotting rate lower than 5%.
