银杏叶中18种有机氯农药的多残留分析 被引量:32

摘要 建立了银杏叶中18种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。对浓硫酸磺化法实验条件进行了优化。样品以丙酮:石油醚(1:1)超声提取15min,提取液使用含10%H2O浓H2SO4磺化净化,采用DB-1701石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD测定18种有机氯农药的残留量。此方法3个水平的加样回收率范围为71.6%-130.3%,RSD为2.2%~15.8%。方法快速简便且成本低。 The capillary gas chromatographic method was introduced for multiresidue analysis of 18 organochlorine pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine Folium Ginkgo. The condition of sulphuric acid treatment was optimized. The efficiencies of 98% H2SO4,95% H2SO4 and 90% H2SO4 were compared. The procedure involves ultrasonic extraction (acetone/petroleum ether (1:1 ) as the extract solvent), concentrated sulphuric acid with 10% H2O treatment as clean-up method and determination by gas chromatogrpahy-electron capture detection. The percentage recoveries were 71.6% - 130.3% and RSDs were 2.2% - 15.8%. The method is easy and low-cost.
