摘要
提出一种均化设备的实用性评价方法,该方法使用实际生产数据进行统计计算,均化系数的取样、检验条件与实际生产情况完全一致,得出的均化系数可以直接用于质量控制。讨论了实用性均化系数统计计算的影响因素,以实例说明了计算方法。
A practical evaluation method for homogenization installation was presented, the method using production data for statistic calculation. The sampling and testing condition had perfect agreement with practical production; the blending factor obtained could be used directly for quality control. The influential factors of the blending factor were discussed and the calculation method was illustrated.
