干扰素(IFN)主要包括IFN_α、β和γ等,是一个大的基因家族,具有多种调节功能,其生物学作用包括抗病毒、抗增殖、抗肿瘤以及免疫调节等。文中针对IFN的产生、信号转导路径以及发挥作用的相关分子生物学机制进行综述。
Interferons(IFNs) mainly including IFN-α, IFN-β and IFN-γ, are a family of related cytokines that mediate a range of diverse functions, such as antiviral, antiproliferative, antitumor and immunomodulatory activities. This review describes the molecular mechanisms for the producing, signal transduction pathways and the functions involved with IFN.
