摘要
本文研究了60CO射线处理菘蓝种子的剂量效应。结果表明,菘蓝种子的出苗率、幼苗生长、开花和可育株率、单株结籽量等,皆随辐照剂量的增加而减少,适宜的菘蓝诱变剂量应为900~1200GY。
The effect of ^60Coγ-irradiation on seeds of lsatis indgotica Fort was studied to estimate the adequate mutagenic dose. The results show that the germination rate, the growth uigor of seedling, the flowering plant percentage, seed-setting plant nate and seed weight per plant decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. The suitable mutagenic dose for seeds of lsatis indgotica Fort is from 900Gy to 1200Gy.
