摘要
本文建立了V形齿圈压边精密冲裁的有限元模型,选用齿高为1.5mm、齿距分别为2.4、3.2、4.1、5.0、7.6mm的五种压边圈,对材料为45钢、板厚为2.9mm、直径为¢50mm的圆形零件精冲过程进行了模拟,通过数值模拟在计算机上直观地了解到材料在精冲过程中的应力场分布,并给出了坯料的最佳相对齿形距离。这一研究有利于精冲工艺及模具的优化设计,为精冲技术的进一步发展提供了理论依据。
A numerical model research of fine blanking with V-ring plate has been built up.The fine-blanking process of parts with height of the V-ring 1.5ram and position of the V-ring 2.4ram, 3.2mm, 4.1 mm,5.0mm, 7.6mm respectively, thickness of plate 2.9mm and diameter 50mm, of steel 45#, has been simulated. The material meanstress fields observed directly on the computer and the better position of the V-ring gained will be beneficial for the optimal design of the fine-blanking process and the dies, also be theoretic basis for further development of fineblanking technology.
