曲面重建在覆盖件模具结构设计中的应用

Application of Surface Reconstruction in Panel Die Design

摘要 分析了当前汽车覆盖件模具三维设计中存在零件型面数据量大和通用CAD系统中无法完成复杂自由曲面的等距偏置两个问题,提出了采用逆向工程思想通过曲面重建解决这两个问题,给出了详细算法,并以一个实例说明了其有效性。 The problems in 3D design of the panel die have been analyzed.A method to solve the problems with suface reconstruction based on the idea of converse engineering has been proposed with the algorithms in details and an example.
