摘要
提出了飞跨电容多电平逆变器的一种新型PWM方法,该方法能够很好的平衡飞跨电容的电压。和传统的相移载波PWM方法相比,该方法的谐波性能得到了很大的提高,尤其是在低调制度下。采用该方法对飞跨电容三电平逆变器进行了仿真和实验验证,仿真和实验结果的一致性证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。
The paper presents a novel carrier-based PWM method with voltage balance for flying capacitor multilevel inverters. Its performance is greatly improved than that of the conventional phase-shifted carrier PWM method (PSPWM), especially under low modulation index region. The novel PWM method can balance the flying capacitor voltage in a period. The validity of the novel PWM method is demonstrated by the simulation and experimental results.
