摘要
舰船钢板地电流的检测是地电流研究的一大难题,因此急需设计一种适用于舰船钢板地电流检测的新型磁场测量仪器。本文设计了长直导线和亥姆霍兹线圈两套校准系统,推导出磁场测量仪器的输出电压和磁场的函数关系式,得到了每套校准系统的校准公式及不同频率所对应的校准系数,并通过实验进行了验证。利用所得到的校准系数对钢板地电流的测量结果进行校准,可避免测量放大器增益随频率的变化对测量结果的影响,保证了地电流干扰研究的实验检测手段和验证方法的有效性。本文提出的方法思路新颖,电路结构简单,具有较强的工程应用价值。
The testing of ground current in steel plate is a most difficult issue in vessels. Therefore, it is necessary to design a novel magnetic-field measurement apparatus for testing ground current. This paper presents a long straight conductor and Helmholtz coils calibration systems. The relationship between output voltage of the apparatus and magnetic field has been deduced. Then, the calibration equations and coefficients are obtained, which are verified by experiments. The new calibration approach is applied to avoid the influence of the variation of the system gain versus frequency to guarantee the validity of the measurement apparatus.It will be significant in the practical engineering application.
