汾河三坝灌区秋冬水春用实践

On Practice of Using Autumn and Winter Water Resources for Spring Requirement in Fenhe Sanba Irrigation District

汾河灌区近几年来干旱严重,汾河水源短缺剧增,农业用水大幅下降,而三坝灌区处于汾河灌区最下游,输水距离远,各种损失大,库水春浇只能满足正常引水的7.9%,甚至出现停灌.针对这一大问题,三坝灌区在不影响作物正常生长与收获的情况下,秋季灌溉提前引水,以满足作物春季用水,利用拦河坝,对水资源在时间和空间上调控,提高水的利用率。

In recent years, the drought in Fenhe Irrigation District is very severe. The deficiency of Fenhe River is very severe too. Agriculture water use decreases by a big margin. Fenhe Sanba Irrigation District in located in the far end of Fenhe Irrigation District. The distance of water delivery is far, and the loss of water delivery is big. During the period of spring irrigation, the rates to meet crop demand in spring irrigation only reach 7.9%. Aiming at this problems, Sanba Irrigation District shifts delivery of water and storage water in autumn irrigation period to an earlier date to meet the crop water use in spring under this situation that the normal water use of crop and harvest don＇t be influenced. Therefore the efficienev of water use is raised.
