运城市十年九旱,干旱少雨。文中通过分析运城市水旱灾害规律和发展常规灌溉的障碍,提出发展农业生产保证农业可持续发展必须要转换观念,树立高效用水意识,采取高效用水技术。

This paper analyzes the rules of flood and drought disasters and the obstruction of developing conventional irrigation in Yuncheng City, puts forward that in order to ensure sustainable development the concept must be transformed, the sense of high effective water use must be established and the technique of high effective water use must be applied.
