摘要
介绍了以废硬质合金顶锤为原料,采用碱熔法处理,结合焙烧、浸取、水解、结晶等方法,分离钨和钴,然后制取12-磷钨酸的原理和生产工艺。杂多酸催化剂价格昂贵,利用廉价易得的各类废硬质合金材料制取12-磷钨酸,大幅度降低了生产成本。
The separation of tungsten and cobalt by use of disused hard alloy anvil as materials and adopting alkali fusion method, roasting, digestion hydrolytic decomposition and crystallization is introduced, as well as the technique of production and principle of 12-phosphoric tungsten acid. Because disused hard alloy anvil is more cheapness and easily to get than that of heteropoly acid catalyzer, the cost of production has fallen grently.
