摘要
本文介绍了固定化细胞的制备方法,综述了在固定化载体、影响固定化的因素的研究和发展进行了综述,并对固定化细胞技术的应用前景进行了简要论述。
In the paper, the preparation methods of immobilized cells are introduced, meanwhile the immobilization carrier and the factors which have effects on immobilized are ouerviewed. The application foreground of immobilized cells technology are also included in this article.
