摘要 本文主要综述了γ—亚麻酸的生物学作用,以及被孢霉,雅致枝霉,雅致小克银汉霉,根霉和高大毛霉发酵生产γ—亚麻酸的研究进展。 The progress in research of the biology effect of γ-Linolenic acid ,and its production by mortierella, thamnidium elegans, cunningnamella elegans, mucor mucedo' fermentation were summarized in this article.
