化疗所致重度粘膜炎的综合治疗

Therapy of mucositis oaused by ohemotherapy

目的 探讨化疗所致Ⅲ-Ⅳ级粘膜炎的综合治疗厦疗效。方法 104例化疗所致重度粘膜炎患者，应用营养支持、抗生素、心理治疗等全身治疗及口腔护理、自制漱口液等局部治疗，直到患者临床症状、体征恢复。结果 总有效率95．14％，平均治疗时间为12．7天。1例放弃治疗后死亡。结论 综合治疗方法简单有效，可在临床中推广。

Objective Research on the therapy of mucositis （ Grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ） caused by cancer chemotherapy. Methods 104 patients were cured from 2001 -2004, given general therapy such as supporting treatment, antibiotics , psychotherapy and local therapy such as let the patients gargle by CF. Results Curative ratio is 97.08%. The average cure period is 12.7 days. One patient died of other illness unconcerned with mucositis. Conclusion The remedy methods is effective and easy to carry on. It is worth to spread.
