摘要
铝薄板冷轧工艺润滑中,为获得高质量铝板表面,可选择不同粘度的轧制油,进而控制变形区油膜厚度。轧制实验中选用粘度在1.68-2.13mm^2/s之间的三种轧制油,轧制厚度小于0.3mm的铝薄板,与无润滑轧制相比,可使轧后铝板表面质量得到明显改善,尤其是能使表面粗糙度降低40%左右。同时进一步分析了表面粗糙度降低的微观原因。
In cold rolling aluminum plate process, in order to achieve high surface quality of sheet, different viscosities of rolling oil can be selected to control the thickness of oil sheet in deformation zone. The rolling experiment adopts three kinds of viscosity of oil varying from 1.68 mm^2/s to 2.13 mm^2/s to mill thin aluminum plates and the thickness is less than 0.3 mm. Compared with mUing aluminum plate without oil, the surface quality of oil - rolled aluminum sheet can be improved obviously. In addition, the surface roughness is reduced to more than 40%. At the same time, the reason of reducing surface roughness is analysed.
