摘要
采用NEL快速试验方法,研究了水灰比、外加剂以及粉煤灰和硅粉两种矿物掺合料对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明:水灰比降低,虽可以降低混凝土氯离子渗透系数,但不能有效地提高混凝土抵抗氯离子渗透能力,掺入矿物掺合料可以有效解决这一问题。硅灰与粉煤灰复合双掺能改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性;综合考虑,少量的硅灰与粉煤灰复合双掺是配制具有极低氯离子扩散渗透性混凝土的重要技术途径;高性能混凝土(HPC)比普通混凝土(OPC)的抗渗透性能要好。
NEL short-time test method was used to study the influence of WIC, the sur-medicinal preparation and two mineral mixtures-pulverized coal ash and the silica flour on concrete anti-cholonide ion penetrating quality. The result indicates that, although w/c drop may reduce concrete chloride ion penetration coefficient, it cannot effectively sharpen concrete resistance chloride ion seepage ability. The effective solution to the problem is to add minerals mixture to the material. The compound double mixture of silicon ash and pulverized coal ash may further improve the anti-chloride ion permeability. In general, the compound double mixture of little silicon ash and pulverized coal ash is an important way to make up concrete with extremy low choloride ion proliferation. The anti - chloride ion permeability of the high performance concrete (HPC) is better than that of the plain concrete(OPC).
