摘要
通过正交试验确定从大籽獐牙菜中提取多糖的优化条件,用分光光度法测定其多糖的含量。结果表明:水浴温度80℃,料液比1∶10(w/v),提取时间2.5 h,提取3次为大籽獐牙菜多糖提取的最佳工艺;该条件下的大籽獐牙菜中多糖含量最高,为26.01 mg/g。
The optimal condition was determined by the orthogonal experiment, the content of polysacchatides was measured by spectrophotometry. The result showed that the optimal extraction process was 80℃, 2.5 h,3 times as well as the ratio 1 ： 10（w/v）.Under this condition, the content of polysaccharidea in Swertia macrosperrna reaches the highest which is 26.01mg/g.
