A calculating formula for liquid heat capacities is developed by combining the theory of molecular aggregation with Waston' thermodynamic cycle in the present paper. the formula is verified by calculating the heat capacities of twenty four substances and average deviation within 3.3%, Which shows that the formula is of certain generalization and calculating accuracy.
