摘要
我国的西部大开发要避免步现代化国家传统发展模式的后尘,应有新的发展思路,用新的发展模式取代传统的发展模式,树立对自然资源开发的极限意识、社会发展的代价意识与和谐意识,这是西部地区社会经济发展走和谐发展之路极为重要的环节。
The development in western China should avoid the traditional road of development country, we should build up a new path of development, replace the traditional developing mode with a new one, building up limited consciousness in developing natural resource,cost consciousness and harmonic consciousness of social development, which is vital to west area.
