摘要
合理的人员流动无论是对社会还是对酒店来说,都是必须而合理的,但过高的员工流失率将会给酒店带来许多负面的影响。酒店要稳定员工队伍需让员工感到工作有意义;提高员工的福利待遇;加强酒店内部信息沟通;对员工实行“情感管理”;“差异”激励员工。
No matter to the society or hotels, staff floating must be reasonable, but too high floating rate may bring lots of disadvantage effect. In order to stabilize the hotel's staff team, managers must let the staff feel that their work was meaningful, promote their welfare, improve communication, implement "emotional management", stimulate their staff by "difference" manner.
