鼻内镜下窦口鼻道复合体微创手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的探讨

An investigation on the therapeutic effect of ostimeatal complex endscope surgery on chronic sinusitis under nasal endoscope

目的探讨微创手术窭口鼻道复合体对治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法在鼻内镜下对60例（90侧）慢性鼻窭炎患者进行窦口鼻道复合体微创手术，观察疗效，同时随机选择60例（90侧）以传统方法治疗作对照。结果观察组治愈率76．67％（69／90），好转率13．33％（12／90），显著优于传统术式（p〈0．01）结论鼻内镜下窦口鼻道复合体微创手术有利于改善引流，恢复鼻腔、鼻窦的生理功能，促进鼻窭的慢性炎症消除。

Objective To inveseigation on the therapeutic effect of ostimeatal complex endscope surgery on chronic sinusiris under nasal endoscope. Methods 60 Patients（90sides） with chronic sinusitis were treated by endoscope surgery for ostimeatal complex under nasal endoscope. Then,The therapeutic effect of this procedure was observed and evaluated among these cases. Meanwhile. Anther 60 cases（90 sides）with this Lesion treated by common therapy were randomly collected as controls to compare their therapeutic effect with that of threat group Results For the cases in treating group. The curative rate was 76.67% （69/ 90） and the effective rate was 13.33% （12/90）. Significantly superior to that of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The endoscope surgery for ostimeatal complex can improve drainage from the sinuses and promote the recovery of nasal and sinuous physiological function so as to bring about significant therapeutic effect on the chronic inflammation in the sinuses.
