超声心动图评价缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效

To value the efficacy of vasartan in patients with mild to moderate Essential hypertension by echoardiography

目的利用超声心动图评价缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法将63例轻、中度高血压病患者入选为高血压组，服用缬沙坦80mg／d共12周。用药4周后对舒张压≥90mmHg者，以上剂量加倍，观察患者用药前后血压、超声心动图左心长轴切面舒张未期左室内径、室间隔、左室后壁厚度及室间隔背向散射积分（IBS）变化，并以30例健康志愿者为阴性对照。结果12周末缬沙坦能有效降压，可降低室间隔及左室后壁厚度（P〈0．01）及室间隔心肌背向散射积分，而左室内径治疗前后无统计学差异。结论缬沙坦治疗轻、中度高血压病疗效确切，可逆转患者心肌重塑。

Objective To study on the antihypcrtension efficacy of valsartan by cchocardiography. Methods 63 paticnts with mild to moderate hypertension were received valsartan 80mg/d for 12 weeds. The dosage would bc doulcd if blood prcssurc control were not satisfied. Left ventricular end - diastolic dimension ,the end - diastolic septal thickness the end - diastolic posterior wall thickness and the integrated backscatter of septal were measured by echocardiography. In addition,30 normal persons were enrolled for control, Results Both the IBS of the septal and the thickness the left ventricular posterior wall and the septal decreased significantly after high blood pressure being controlled by the treatment. Conclusion Valsatan, inhibited even reversed myocardial remodeling, was effective in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
