采用位置闭环的离心机调速系统

The Velocity Adjusting System of Centrifugal Machine Using Position Close Loop

本文介绍了采用位置闭环方式构成的一种高精度离心机调速系统。该系统硬件系统由计算机、位置伺服卡、变频调速器及普通交流电机构成,软件系统由C语言编制。文章最终给出了离心机测试结果并进行了误差分析。

This paper introduces a high accuracy velocity adjusting system of centrifugal machine using position close loop. The hardware system are composed of computer,position servo card,inverter and AC motor;the software system is programmed by C language. Finanly,testing result of centrifugal machine and analysis of error are given.
