天鸽口服液质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standards of Tiange Oral Li quid(Rhizoma Gastrodiae Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,etc.)

对天鸽口服液组成药物天麻、酸枣仁、白芍、人参进行了薄层鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定了天麻素和总氨基酸的含量。方法简便，专属性强及重现性好，可用为天鸽口服液的质量控制。

Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Ginseng in Tiange Oral Liquid have been identified by TLC.The contents of gastrodin and total amino acids were also determined by HPLC. The two methods are simple with strong specificity andgood reproducibility,can be for the quality control of Tiange Oral Liquid.
