血管内皮生长因子与脑血管病 被引量：1

摘要 血管内皮生长因子（Vascular　endothdial　growth　factor，VEGF）最早于1989年由Ferram等从牛脑垂体呈状胶质细胞体外培养液中分离并提纯出的一种糖蛋白，可特异性地促进血管内皮细胞生长，故称为血管内皮生长因子。后发现血管通透因子（VPF）也具有VEGF的活性，经蛋白质测序和基因分析发现，二者实际为同一基因不同剪切方式所产生的系列产物。故又称为血管通透性因子。
