磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿修复效果的临床观察

Clinical Obserration of Therapeutic Efficacy of Complete Overdenture with Magnetic Attachment by Questionnaire

目的:观察磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿修复的临床治疗效果。方法:采用自身对照问卷法对30例患者进行磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿修复效果的评价,其中19例为种植体结合磁性附着体修复,11例为根管内磁性附着体修复。结果:使用磁性附着体全口覆盖义齿修复后患者总满意度由40·7%上升为97·3%,义齿的固位功能、咀嚼功能、发音功能、美观、舒适度,均较使用前显著提高。结论:磁性附着体可以有效提高义齿的修复质量与患者满意度,是一种行之有效的修复方法。

Objective： To assess the therapeutic efficacy of complete overdenture with magnetic attachment. Methods： Thirty cases of overdenture patients were included in study according to the quality standards, of which 19 cases were freated by implants with magnetic attachment and 11 cases were by magnetic attachments in remained roots. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by questionnaire. Results： After the application of magnetic attachment, the satisfactory rate from patients was increased from 40.7% to 97.3%. The retention, mastication, pronunciation, and comfortable sensation of overdenture with magnetic attachment were significandy higher than that without it. Conclusion： Overdenture with magnetic attachment was a practical, advantageous and efficient prosthetic technique for edentulous patients with better feeling of satisfaction.
