Transurethral Resection of the Prostate with Plasma Kinetic Energy

目的:探讨等离子体电切术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效和特点。方法:应用等离子体双极电切系统经尿道电切治疗前列腺增生症261例。结果:本组病例术中出血少,术野清晰,无水中毒发生;术后全部排尿通畅,无尿失禁发生。结论:经尿道等离子体电切术治疗前列腺增生症,具有止血效果好、疗效确切、安全性高、痛苦小等优点。

Objective： To assess the effect and peculiarity of transurethral resection of the prostate with plasma kinetic energy （PKRP） .Methods： Two-hundred and sixty-one benign prostatic byperplasia （BP4） had been operated by PKRP.Results： All of the patients＇ micturation was significantly improved after PKRP. During the operation, there were little haemorrhage, and clear field of the operative field from vision. No water intoxication and urinary incontinence were taken place. Conclusion： To treat benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）, PKRP had many advantages, such as good hemostasis, definite resatts, safe in operation and less painful etc.
