摘要
目的:了解病理性瘢痕中脂质过氧化水平的变化。方法:应用化学比色法测定正常人皮肤(8例)、增生性瘢痕(10例)、瘢痕疙瘩(10例)及成熟瘢痕(7例)组织中丙二醛的含量。结果:与正常人皮肤比较,增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中丙二醛含量明显升高(P<0·05),成熟瘢痕与正常人皮肤比较无差异(P>0·05);与成熟瘢痕比较,增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中MDA含量非常显著升高(P<0·01);增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩比较无差异(P>0·05)。结论:病理性瘢痕中自由基含量增加引起脂质过氧化程度加重,瘢痕过度增生可能与此有关。
Objective: To investigate the change of lipopemxidation in pathological scar tissues. Methods: The content of malondialdehyde was detected by spectrophotometric method in the following fiscues: hpertrohic scar ( 10 cases), keloid ( 10 cases) and mature scar (7 cases) and normal skin (8 cases), which was used as control.Results: The contents of malondialdehyde in hypertrophic scar and keloid were increased significantly in comparison with the normal skin and mature scar ( P 〈 0.05). The difference between the mature scar and normal skin was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The level of lipopemxidafion was eleuated because of the accumulation of free radicals in pathological scar tissues, which probably causes hyperplasia of scar tissues.
