改良憩窒化再简化术治疗十二指肠损伤16例临床分析

Modificed Cogbill's Technigues for Diverticularization Treatment Duodenal Injury

目的:探讨Cogbgill改良憩窒化再简化术治疗十二指肠损伤的治疗效果。方法:对1999年1月至2004年12月期间收治的16例十二指肠损伤患者采用Cogbill改良憩窒化再简化术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治愈15例(93·7%),死亡1例(6·3%)。结论:Cogbill改良憩窒化再简化术是治疗十二直肠损伤的一种操作简单、并发症少、安全、有效的术式。

Objective： To explore effect of modificed cogbill＇ s technigues for diverticularization treatment duodenal injury. Methrods： Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of modificed cogbill＇ s technigues for diverticularization treatment of 16 patients was taken with traumatic duodenal injuries, who admitted from January 1999 to December 2004. Results： In this series, 15 eases were cured （9.7%）, 1 patient died （6.3%）. Conclusions： It is a simplified technigues produce less complication, safe and effective surgical treatment for duodenal injury.
