小骨窗开颅在高血压性脑出血中的临床应用

Application of Keyhole Approach Craniotomy for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血的手术方法。方法:2000年3月至2005年6月利用CT定位,小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血142例。结果:生存质量按ADL评价:Ⅰ级29例,Ⅱ级42例,Ⅲ级20例,Ⅳ级21例,Ⅴ级1例。死亡29例,占20·4%。结论:应用小骨窗开颅微创术治疗高血压性脑出血可取得满意的效果。

Objective： To explore the surgical technigues of keyhole approach craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH）. Methods： CT- guided keyhole approach craniotomy was performed to treat 142 cases with HICH from March 2000 to June 2005. Results： The activity of daily living （ADL） classification results were： grade Ⅰ in 29 cases, grade Ⅱ in 42 cases, grade Ⅲ in 20 cases, grade Ⅳ in 21 cases, gradeV in 1 ease. The mortality of the group was 20.4% （29/142）. Conclusions; Application of keyhole approach minimally invasive craniotomy in the treatment of HICH can give a satisfactory effect.
