摘要
准确有效的选相元件是高压输电线路采用单相自动重合闸的前提。该文通过分析目前微机保护中选相元件的不足,提出了电压电流突变量选相元件、电压电流序分量选相元件结合阻抗元件、方向元件以及瞬时值判断元件相结合的复合选相元件,能够准确地判断故障类型及故障相别。大量的PSCAD仿真表明其较好的准确性,是高压线路实现单相重合闸较为理想的选相元件。
When adopting the technique of single-phase automatic reclosing in EHV/UHV transmission line protection, fault phases should be selected correctly in advance. By analyzing the defects of selector in computer protection, this paper proposes the complex fault phases selector combined with voltage-current abrupt discontinuous components fauh phases selector, voltage-current sequence components fault phases selector with impedance components,direction components and instantaneous value estimation components. It can correctly identify the fault type and fault phase. Lots of PSCAD simulations indicate it is a better selector with correctness for single-phase automatic reelosing in HV transmission line.
