地区电网自动电压控制系统主要通过调度自动化SCADA系统采集实时遥测遥信数据进行在线分析计算。该文从现场应用、设备安全运行的角度,对实时遥测遥信数据进行分类处理,提出了若干工程实用化处理策略,有效地防止了设备误动作,从而提高了AVC系统应用的可靠性、安全性。

Automatic voltage control soft system of local power net gets real-time data from SCADA system to analyze power net mathematically. This document classifies telemetry data and remote signaling data and advances some practical strategies based on spot application and equipment security. The stategies can avoid real-operation of power equipment and improve reliability and security of AVC soft system.
