高渗盐水和速尿对电切综合征时犬心功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立犬经尿道电切综合征(TURS)模型,探讨应用高渗盐水和速尿治疗后犬心功能的变化。方法家犬16只,随机分为对照组和治疗组。以100 mL/min速度静脉输入5.0%甘露醇注射液3000 mL,建立犬TURS模型。对照组不予任何处理;治疗组于输液后30 min给予速尿40 mg和3.0%高渗盐水90 mL。于输液前和输液后306、0 min分别监测心功能,血清钾、钠、氯浓度,心电图。结果输液后60 min时,治疗组射血分数(P<0.05)和短轴缩短率(P<0.05)高于对照组。血清离子与对照组比较差异无显著性。TURS时心电图可有心律不齐和心肌缺血改变。结论应用高渗盐水和速尿治疗犬TURS可改善心功能。 Objective To study the effects of frusemide and hypertonic saline on cardiac function in the transurethral prostate resection syndrome(TURS) after the models of TURS in dogs. Methods 16 dogs by intravenous injection of 3000 mL 5.0% mannitol injection at 100 mL/min. All the dogs were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and treatment group (administration of 40 mg frusemide and 90 mL 3.0% hypertonie saline injection). Cardiac function and electrocardiogram were examined before and after 30 and 60 min when serum dielectrics were measured, Results Ejection fraction(P〈0.05)and shortening fraction (P〈0.05) were increased in the treatment group. There were not difference in the serum sodium, potassium and chloride levels between the control group and treatment group (P〉0.05). There were such changes as anisorhythmia, myocardial ischemia in electrocardiogram. Conclusion Administration of frusemide and hypertonie saline injection may improve the cardiac function in the models of TURS in dogs.
