摘要
传统的教师角色定位目前受到两个方面的冲击:一方面是素质教育对传统教学模式和教师角色定位,构成很大冲击;另一方面人事制度改革、教师岗位评聘制度改革也改变了传统的教师角色定位,影响到教师的情感态度。教师要适应角色定位的转换,必须进行情感态度的转换。
The role positioning of traditional teachers is being challenged in two ways. On the one hand, the traditional teaching mode and the teacher role are challenged by quality-oriented education, and on the other, the reform of personnel system and employment system of teachers poses challenges to traditional teacher role and influenced teacher affect and attitude. In order to adapt to the role switching, teachers must undergo affect switching.
